Our Motel Policies

Check-in after 3:00pm / Check out before 11:00am
Must be 25 years or older to rent a room.
  • Balance is due upon arrival along with a photo ID.
  • One night deposit is required for all reservations.
  • Deposits for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your reservation arrival date will be forfeited.
  • Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather.
  • A $25 service fee on all cancellations.
  • All rooms are non smoking any smoking / odor of smoke within the room will result in $100 cleaning fee.
  • In the best interest and safety of our guests, the motel property, rooms, pool, and parking area are for the use of registered guests only.
  • A Weekend reservation requires a two night stay for the months of July, August & during Holidays
  • No Check-ins after 10:00pm
